If you are interested in acquiring a property in any of our projects, you should take into account the following:
    • Request a quotation from our sales team.
    • Validate the proposed payment plan, which consists of a payment distribution of 30% until reaching the breakeven point, 30% during construction, and 40% payment upon delivery, which you can pay by leveraging a mortgage loan or leasing. Please note that these values may vary depending on the project stage.
    • You can propose a flexible payment plan that aligns with your financial needs. A simulator will be run where you will have the option to define the installments, which will reflect an interest rate that can benefit the final value of the property.
    • After verifying the payment plan, we will reserve the property through a pre-sale or purchase agreement to formalize the transaction, and the process of linking with the trustee will begin.

The purchase agreement or pre-sale protocol allows us to formalize the transaction. This document includes your information and the project details, the total value of the property, and the agreed payment plan. To ensure that every aspect of the negotiation process is taken care of, we make sure to describe any special conditions for each business, such as repossessions, discounts, or additional interests.

Each of our projects has a trust fund in place. All the agreed-upon payments are collected through this trust, which is why it's important for you to complete the necessary forms and submit them at the sales office for the trustee assignment process.

In the process of property registration, we need to sign a loan for use contract (contrato de comodato) through which we grant the owner the use of the property while the horizontal property regulations (reglamento de propiedad horizontal, RPH) are being prepared for registration.

To proceed with the property registration, we require the finalized RPH and the settlement of accounts with the trustee. Once both requirements are in order, the approved deed is sent by the notary to the client (and the bank if applicable) and the constructor for signatures and legalization.

We provide you with the property under a loan for use contract (comodato), granting you the use of the property as if you were the owner. Our sales team will accompany you during the property handover and the signing of the delivery agreement to ensure that every last detail is perfect.

If you live abroad or are a foreigner and wish to invest in our projects, the process applies in the same way, following steps 1 to 4. However, there are some considerations to keep in mind. For the enrollment in the trust funds, we can accept scanned copies of the required documents. This allows for easier submission of the necessary paperwork from abroad. However, for the deed process, the documents must be sent in their original format. This ensures the authenticity and legal validity of the documents.
